We are a Catholic, homeschooling family of 8 who eats gluten free, casein (dairy) free and uses as many organic and locally grown foods as possible. We are in constant motion, growth, change and hopefully maturity. We are constantly learning and finding new ways to provide the best for our family. Come join us as we search for the answer every kid asks on the journey to some place new...are we there yet?

I was given this recipe for myself, but it was all gluten. My sister-in-law in GF and adapted it for her so I thought I would share it with you.

Gluten Free Vegan variation: sub 4 TBS Flour with GF Flour blend(I used the 2 cups rice flour, 2/3 potato starch and 1/3 tapioca flour)
Replace sugar with 3 packets stevia or splenda
relace egg with energy egg replacer and 1/4 cup chocolate rice milk
replace milk with chocolate rice milk
make sure chocolate chips are gluten free and dairy free
